New Zealand Entomological Society

The Entomological Society's 59th Annual conference dinner will be held at Dockside Restaurant & Bar, which is about 10 minutes walk from the conference venue. The location of the restaurant is shown on the “Getting to the Pipitea Campus of VUW” map provided on the main conference web site.
   

The cost of the dinner is included in your conference fee. Bring cash for drinks, as EFPTPOS may not be available.

Corn Fed Chicken Breast
oven roasted with smoked Spanish paprika, pine nut & slow dried tomato risotto
Angus Prime Beef Fillet
Char grilled medium rare, with mushroom, herb & smokey bacon crust on kumara chips, red wine jus
Snapper Fillet
 Pan seared, with pear, walnut & rocket pecorino salad, vincotto reduction & salsa verde
Sun Dried Tomato, Mushroom & Basil Ravioli
Served with a spinach parmesan cream sauce
