Plant Health Student Network

The newly set up Plant Health Student Network hopes to connect with entomologists in Australia and New Zealand working or contributing to the spaces of plant biosecurity and plant health.

A little bit about the Plant Health Student Network

The network is being set up by Bianca Rodrigues Jardim and 3 other PhD students, as well as Jo Luck of the Plant Biosecurity Research Initiative (PBRI).

We are looking to connect students (undergraduate honours, masters, PhD) as well as early career researchers working in plant biosecurity and plant health-related fields.

The aim is to create a community to explore new opportunities for professional development and career pathways, to stay up-to-date on current research findings, and to promote collaboration.

The first meeting happening on the 9thย of September 2022.
